Fabrizio Peroni Appointed as the New Director of the Digital Transformation & Hyperautomation Business Unit at S2E

Milan, February 10th, 2025 – S2E, a consulting firm specializing in business technology and digital transformation, announces the appointment of Fabrizio Peroni as Director of the Digital Transformation & Hyperautomation (DTH) Business Unit. This unit is dedicated to application development and process automation.

Aligned with the growth strategy outlined in the industrial plan, the business unit’s priorities will focus on market diversification, consolidating its presence in the finance and utilities sectors,
expanding into other markets, optimizing its offerings, and streamlining internal organization. These measures aim to enhance synergies among the solutions offered and provide more effective support to clients.

Fabrizio Peroni will report directly to Marco Salerni, General Manager of S2E, and succeeds Andrea Cappelletti, who has been appointed Director of the Galene.AI Business Unit. Galene.AI is exclusively dedicated to developing products and solutions in AI Governance and Agentic AI.

With a degree in computer engineering and over 25 years of experience in the ICT sector, Peroni has built a career spanning entrepreneurship and technological innovation. After founding his own successful company in 2000, he transitioned to managerial roles in corporate IT, all while maintaining a strong connection to the startup ecosystem. In this space, he established an investment fund to support digital innovation, further bolstering his expertise in the field. In 2022, he joined S2E as a business partner, contributing to the company’s growth and acquisition of strategic clients, playing a key role in managing IT systems.

The DTH unit positions S2E as a key partner in clients’ digital transformation journeys, offering a
diversified portfolio that includes tailored, innovative software solutions, market-leading products, and specialized professional services.

Its wide range of expertise allows for both traditional “hard code” approaches using modern programming languages and “low-code/no-code” solutions through strategic partnerships such as the one with OutSystems.

Hyperautomation and AI: A Winning Combination
Leveraging its longstanding partnership with UiPath, DTH offers a suite of technologies and specialized expertise aimed at optimizing and streamlining business processes while minimizing human intervention. This approach increasingly integrates intelligent automation, using artificial intelligence to create self learning systems that dynamically adapt to usage needs and continuously enhance service efficiency.

Cloud Adoption and Modernization: A Focus on Evolution
