To become IT specialists, S2E Academy selects and trains recent young graduates in STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). S2E participated in the Digital Recruiting Week STEM GIRL organised by Start Hub Consulting to highlight its employer branding strategy. This is a digital event for STEM graduates who want to find out about the best companies that are hiring. The 21-25 March Event had an all-female webinar, where Business Line Manager Roberta Baudo, Presales Security Elisabetta Dessì and Data Engineer Paola Marchesini talked about their S2E work experience and the opportunities they had within the company.
