ENVIRONMENT
We are dedicated to minimizing the use of natural resources by adopting reduction, recycling, and reuse strategies. Utilizing a printless and plastic-free policy, the company actively monitors mobility through data analysis and commuting plans. Additionally, we engage with the Open-es community to continually improve our sustainability performance.
SOCIAL
S2E aligns its business strategies and operations with market orientations, in order to contribute to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals. Our commitment translates into tangible actions for the community, supporting non-profit organizations that assist the most vulnerable, particularly children and adolescents (for example, Italian Red Cross, PUPI Foundation, WeWorld, Children of Chernobyl, Opera San Francesco, Bullying NO Thanks)
GOVERNANCE
We have developed a social responsibility strategy to ensure high standards of integrity and transparency, including respect for human rights and the fight against corruption, through a Code of Ethics and an organizational model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/01. In order to facilitate gender equality and inclusion, we have activated a whistleblowing channel. This initiative reflects our continuous commitment to fostering an ethical, fair, and responsible work environment through concrete measures and effective reporting channels.
