The Talent Acquisition Team will contact you for a short telephone interview, which will be used to gather initial information and to evaluate with you if you are interested in continuing with the selection process.
Once you have decided, we will be able to meet to deepen your skills and your motivation for change and to your professional growth.
Throughout the selection process, you will have the opportunity to interface and get to know different members of the S2E team: from the delivery colleague to the BU manager.
You will be able to take advantage of these meetings to ask questions and to understand if the S2E context can be the one in which to continue your career. The Talent Acquisition Team will update you after each selection step and give you constructive feedback.
If the process ends positively, we will build together an offer that can reflect your expectations in economic terms but also, and above all, in terms of professional growth.
