Our Vision
Adopting an Application Management service stems from the customer’s need to industrialise a software management process to achieve Cost, Quality, Control and Flexibility benefits.
Reducing internal costs by adopting an industrialised model that reduces internal personnel and logistics costs using remote activities: this solution increases the Service quality over time (Continuous Improvement) through incentive mechanisms (bonus/malus).
OUR MODEL
The reference model comprises of three layers :
«Business»: defines the new processes, commercial offer, functionalities for the applications supporting its Users and final Customers
«IT»: it monitors applications and their evolution, using internal staff or external suppliers
«AMS»: The Application Management Service is provided by an external supplier responsible for managing systems in the production environment (RUN) and evolution activities as defined by Business and IT (CHANGE).

METHOD AND QUALITY INDEX
We believe it is essential to distinguish and grasp the difference between two constants in measuring service efficiency:
- KPI: represents the set of indicators that measure the performance of a given activity or process
- SLA: is an agreement that defines the metrics for measuring service quality standards (i.e. KPIs).
