Within this context of growth and continuous adaptation to market needs, and as part of a broader reorganization and strengthening of its corporate structure, S2E announces the appointment of Egle Romagnolli as Marketing and Communication Director and Giorgio Rocca as Business Unit Manager, Enterprise Security Services. Under the new organizational structure, Egle Romagnolli reports to Marco Salerni, General Manager of S2E, while Giorgio Rocca reports to Fabio Zangrandi, Director of the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Services Division.

Romagnolli joins S2E with the goal of contributing to the strengthening of the Group’s positioning, enhancing its distinctive capabilities, and supporting growth through an increasingly integrated and measurable marketing and communication strategy, fully aligned with S2E’s growth and positioning strategy in the IT consulting market.
Egle has built her career in complex, highly innovative environments, holding positions of responsibility in consulting firms and technology companies, where she led marketing strategies, brand development, and go-to-market initiatives with a strongly data-driven approach and a vision of marketing as a key lever for positioning, growth, and value creation.
She holds a degree in Economics and completed her executive education at SDA Bocconi. She is active in several observatories and scientific committees, is a university lecturer, and the author of publications. She is recognized as one of the most influential female figures in the fields of innovation and digital transformation within the fintech and insurtech sectors.
In his role as Business Unit Manager Enterprise Security Services, Rocca will lead the development and consolidation of S2E’s cybersecurity offering for enterprises and complex organizations. In this position, he oversees areas dedicated to defining operational security strategies and providing governance, risk, and compliance consulting, supporting clients throughout the entire cybersecurity maturity journey.
An ICT professional with over twenty-five years of experience, Giorgio began his career in network administration and consulting for major national organizations. Over the years, he has progressively focused on information security, developing strategic and operational expertise in cybersecurity and ICT governance, and has served for the past eight years as Chief Information Security Officer in the Finance sector. He is ITIL certified and an ISO 27001:2022 Auditor, and has contributed as a speaker at numerous Information Security events.
